Level 3 Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I qualified in 2014 as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, my qualifications include Exercise Referral for Specific Controlled Conditions, Training Outdoors, Circuit Instruction, Indoor Cycling and Fitness Pilates.



Whether you're training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, your Specific program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great.


Sarah is our Health and Fitness Development here at Gordano Sports Centre. Sarah grew up in Portishead, attending Gordano School before leaving the area at 23 and returning 26 years later with her husband and 2 daughters, with her eldest daughter now being a pupil at Gordano School. In the winter months Sarah likes to ski and also participates in sprint triathlons.
