Cancelling your membership
Cancelling your membership T&Cs:
Using this method may take up to 3 days to be processed, however a receipt of cancellation acknowledgment will be sent via email once the request has been processed.
Any cancellations made on or after the 1st of the calendar month will not be issued a refund for the month once payment has been taken, however facility use will be welcome until the last day of the same calendar month. Only under select circumstances will a refund be made under the discretion of the manager.
If a cancellation is made before the last day of the calendar month but payment is still taken, then a refund can be arranged, however physical proof of cancellation before payment taken is needed to arrange this refund. Refunds can only be made by senior staff members.
If a cancellation is requested following a period of declined payments then you may be asked to settle your outstanding bill before any cancellations can be made.
Memberships can be frozen for a period of time when you know you will not be using the facilities, please email email@example.com to arrange this.
