Cancelling your Membership
In order to cancel your membership, please contact the sports centre reception by email. 

Cancelling your membership T&Cs:

Any cancellations made on or after the 1st of the calendar month will not be issued a refund for the month once payment has been taken, however facility use will be welcome until the last day of the same calendar month. Only under exceptional circumstances will a refund be made under the discretion of the manager.

If a cancellation is made before the last day of the calendar month but payment is still taken, then a refund can be arranged, however physical proof of cancellation before payment taken is needed to arrange this refund. Refunds can only be made by senior staff members.

If a cancellation is requested following a period of declined payments then you may be asked to settle your outstanding bill before any cancellations can be made.
