Gym and Class Bookings

Access to the gym and classes will be through pre-booked sessions only. Members will be able to book sessions online up to eight (8) days in advance and will receive a booking confirmation email. Members will also have the ability to cancel the session through the booking system, freeing up space for others. When you arrive for your session please scan your barcode on the scanner to check in using the MemberMe+ app.

Our system can be accessed either via the web or now on a mobile app called MemberMe+. Please download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store .

To book you must create a self-service account that can be used for all future bookings. For guidance on how to create your account, follow the steps available on this link: Help

Please note: There may be a slight delay between creating an account and being able to book on whilst we reactivate memberships.

New Regulations

The fitness suite will look very different to prior to lockdown. We have had to make changes to the room layout and reduce equipment to ensure compliance with government guidelines, which includes:

  • Social distancing measures

  • One-way system in place

  • One hour bookable sessions, limited to one per day, up to 10 people each

  • Closed changing rooms

  • No personal towels

  • Face coverings to be worn until exercise commences

  • Hand sanitation stations

  • Cleaning between sessions

  • Track and trace

  • No access to water fountains (bottled water available from vending machine)
