30 minute beginner's fitness class for those just stairting their fitness journey. Everyone is welcome to join this non-intimidating workout session.
Will include core exercises, bodyweight workouts, stretching sessions and full body toning.

£55 for 10 sessions; included in all memberships; or £7.00 per session on a free PAYG membership.
